At the heart of the church’s mission and ministry with young people are countless faithful volunteers whose passion and commitment shape lives and communities. Alongside this invaluable service, we believe professional youth work is a vital gift to the church—bringing recognised qualifications, professional standards, and dedicated expertise that enrich and strengthen ministry. At Moorlands College we are seeking to celebrate and champion professional youth work, not as a replacement for volunteers, but as a partner: equipping the church, investing in young people, and ensuring the highest quality of care, discipleship, and support for the next generation.
